About Carolina House Eating Disorder Treatment Center – Raleigh Outpatient Center

Carolina House Eating Disorder Treatment Center’s Raleigh Outpatient Center provides two levels of outpatient care for adults of all genders who have been struggling with eating disorders and certain co-occurring mental health concerns. Treatment options at our outpatient center in Raleigh, North Carolina, include a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Adults age 17 and older may step down to one of these programs after completing a higher level of care, or they may enter treatment directly at the PHP or IOP level. All care at our Raleigh Outpatient Center is provided by experienced professionals who are committed to delivering personalized services within a safe, welcoming environment.

At both the PHP and IOP levels, adults of all genders may take part in individual, group, family, and experiential therapies. Services may incorporate the principles of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities.
