About White Deer Run of Lewisburg

White Deer Run's treatment center in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, provides intensive outpatient programming (IOP) to adult men and women who have been struggling with substance use disorders, chemical dependency, and certain co-occurring psychological conditions. Patients typically remain in the intensive outpatient program for eight to 16 weeks. Each week, patients will complete nine hours of therapy that are broken into three sessions. Throughout these sessions, patients will address topics such as legal system and recovery, relationships and recovery, humor and recovery, and holidays and recovery. If needed, family therapy can be included into a patient's treatment. The intensive outpatient program is offered in a morning track and evening track, allowing patients to select the option that best accommodates their work or school schedule. This program is best suited for those individuals who require more focused care than traditional outpatient treatment, but who do not need the intensive level of treatment that is provided via residential programming.
