Funding Helps Homeless in Non-Urban Areas
May 13 is the deadline to apply for grants under the Non-Urban Homeless
Veterans' Reintegration Project.
Nonprofits in non-urban areas are eligible to apply for the funding.
Eight grants of no more than $200,000 each will be awarded.
The $1.6 million in grants are being offered by the Department
of Labor to help non-urban homeless veterans reintegrate into the
community by providing a range of employment and training services.
