Letters of intent to submit nominations are now being accepted for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Community Health Leadership Program.

Ten individuals who work to create or improve community-health programs will be selected for the program; winners will receive a $15,000 personal stipend plus $105,000 over three years in program support.

Self-nominations are not accepted. Nominees must be U.S. or Puerto Rico residents, affiliated with a 501(c)3 nonprofit, have a 5- to 15-year record of community health work, and other qualifications.

Deadline for letters of intent is Sept . 22. Those invited to submit full applications must do so by Nov. 10.
